"Good Morning Gentlemen,

I wanted to send you guys a note of appreciation and thanks!!! In a day and age that we see customer service going to the wayside for short term profits without concern for retaining long term customers (and greater/future profits), you guys went above and beyond to make me happy. Randy, you informed me about what was or potentially could be wrong with my vehicle when I brought it in and kept me up to date as it was being repaired. Again, paying attention to customer care by simply communicating with me. Dusty, when the issue of the color was brought up, you jumped right in and made the decision to make it right, adhering to the old adage, “the customer is always right!” You just don’t see that today, anywhere, and all of it was greatly appreciated.

While I hope to not have to see you guys any time soon, I look forward to the next we have to do business.

I picked up my vehicle today from your shop, and I want to let you know that I received excellent service from Randy Surratt while it was in for repairs. Randy was professional and efficient and kept me apprised of the progress on my vehicle. I had a couple of different repairs involving two different insurance companies and claims, and he made it all flow smoothly. I also had some warranty issues from work on the vehicle a couple of years ago, and Randy made sure that those repairs were also taken care of for me with no problems.

"Mr. Thompson,
My husband is disabled and was experiencing problems with our Nissan pickup's passenger-side window handle knob pressing into his leg, making it numb. I had called parts stored and other garages trying to find a solution to this problem. I even consulted United Way's 211 health and social service number; however, no one was able to help or offer a solution.
I had received an estimate to repair my car two weeks ago from Scott Brightwell at your business. When John Guajardo called to schedule the repair, it occurred to me to ask for assistance with my husband's problem from your company. When we came to Roger Beasley Collision Center today, Mr. Guajardo asked Mr. Brightwell to look at the window handle knob to see if there was anything that could be done. I am ecstatic to report that using unique problem-solving skills, Mr. Brightwell figured out a way to resolve the problem and it only took a few minutes.
We are grateful for our entire experience with Roger Beasley Collision Center-your very pleasant receptionist who took our telephone call and welcomed us; Mr. Guajardo for agreeing to look at the problem and consulting Mr. Brightwell; and Mr. Brightwell for the estimate and for ultimately solving our problem.

"Just completed my first experience with RB Collision Center. My car was rear-ended, and they were very prompt and attentive throughout the process. The repair job was excellent - new trunk, bumper, other parts were required, all needing paint. Flawless repair job.
If you have your car repaired here, you will be assigned an estimator who will be your primary point of contact throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend requesting John Guajardo as your estimator - I had a number of issues with the insurance agency and with other details on the repair, and he was extremely responsive and clearly focused on doing everything possible to make my car right with minimal hassle and headache. Top notch guy."

"My insurance company referred me to Roger Beasley Collusion Center. I originally was not planning on having my car fixed here because I wanted an Audi specific dealer to do the work. Well, they are not only Audi specific but Porsche, Saab and Volvo specific (as well as a few more). They are actually an Audi authorized repair center and the only Audi authorized aluminum collusion repair center in Texas.
From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. I could check the status of my car online and I could call my personal service writer anytime and get questions answered (although he did fail to return a couple of calls). Everyone involved was easily accessible for questions and explanations. I was informed in detail throughout every step of the process. In the end not only did I get a very detailed summary of the repairs but I got a lifetime guarantee. I was very impressed.
I am not much of a materialistic person, but if you've ever owned an Audi I bet you understand the concept of falling in love with your car. I wanted it to be just as new as it was when I bought it one week prior. It actually looked better! I went over it with a fine tooth comb and they did it with me. I nit picked and sent it back several times to have minor imperfections corrected - some that may have even been there prior to me owning the car. RBCC eagerly did everything I asked and they did it well. They did it very well and then some."
