We work closely with all insurance companies to ensure your vehicles repairs are of first quality and to ensure you get back on the road as quickly as possible. Can I have any shop fix my car? Yes, you have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the repair shop of your choosing. No one can force you to have your vehicle repaired at a particular shop. This is your right, by law. Do you have loaner cars? For your convenience, we have a Hertz location on site that offers discounted rates to our customers. Do you offer a Warranty? Roger Beasley Collision Center guarantees all the workmanship and paint as long as you own your vehicle. What makes your shop better? We are I-CAR Gold Class Certified because our technicians are trained with the most up to date information on how to restore your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Earning the Gold Class Professionals designation is the highest recognition for training a business can earn in the collision industry. We have a vested interest in your complete satisfaction with your experience so that you will refer your friends and family. Do you provide towing? If you need towing after an accident, call us and we will arrange to have your vehicle towed. Location and hours of operation? Visit our Contact Us page for a map and our hours of operation. Can you have my car serviced? If your vehicle is due for its annual service we can arrange to have it taken over to the dealership after the repairs are complete. What types of payment do you accept? We accept Certified Funds, Personal Checks (up to $3,000), properly endorsed Insurance Checks, Exact Cash, and Credit Cards for customer pay amounts (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) |
